Lisa has worked in Learning and Development for 14 years. She has worked in various industries including retailing and the public sector, and has had roles in both front line support and as part of a specialist management development team.

She has been consulting since 2004 and has worked for companies such as, Burberry, Liberty, Waterstones and The Arcadia Group.

Lisa’s expertise is in one to one coaching in a business context, team building, team facilitation and management skills training. She is also experienced in designing learning and development tools.

Lisa is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an NLP Practitioner, and she is qualified to feedback on various psychometric tools.
