Debbie set up in consultancy in 2000 and works with her team of
associate consultants across a variety of different businesses
including retail, financial services and media.
This followed 10 years in Training and Development with a large
Retail organisation, heading up their Group Management Development
function at the time she left. In this role she managed a team
who provided Training and Development for Junior Managers through
to Senior Executives. She personally coached and facilitated Senior
Executive development.
Debbies’ clients include Dixons Stores
Group, Marsh McLennan, Showtime (Viacom Group) Top Shop, and
Waterstones.
Debbie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development, and a member of the Association for coaching. She
is trained in the use of MBTI, 16pf5, the LEA and various 360 degree
feedback tools.
