Charlotte has held a broad range of generalist personnel, training and operational roles in fast paced customer-focused companies.

She has worked in Training and Development for 10 years, both as part of a specialised management development team for a large UK retail organisation and for the last few years as a consultant in a range of organisations.

Her specific areas of expertise are one to one personal development, career development, team building and leadership programmes.

Charlotte’s clients have included, The Reality Group, The Arcadia Group, Whitestuff and Showtime (Viacom Group).

Charlotte is a psychology graduate qualified to feedback on various psychometric tools, a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is currently studying for a Diploma in Counselling.
