Known for being practical and commercial, we work with organisations on areas where we believe we can truly make a difference. We design and deliver original programmes, which improve the overall performance of your business and we are particularly skilled at project managing and leading on a range of management development initiatives.

The associates at the executive development consultancy bring a range of experience and qualifications.

All are members of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development and are level B standard of The British Psychological Society. They individually hold qualifications such as the Diploma in Coaching, Diploma in Counselling and NVQ practitioner.

All associates have also had experience of a Line Management role within an organisation.
