terms and conditions Programmes and consultancy are invoiced either on completion or on a monthly basis where they are planned across a longer period We charge a cancellation fee of 50% for programmes cancelled with less than a month to go We do however like to be as flexible as possible about booking dates and will try to reschedule where we can We ask to be paid immediately upon receipt of our invoice Out of pocket expenses are charged at cost Agreed fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate   confidentiality Confidentiality is guaranteed both at an individual level and company level, our focus being to provide an environment where individuals and teams can be open and honest Feedback on individuals can be provided to the client organisation where there has been prior agreement with those individuals
